The Jathar Residence was designed to create a warm and comfortable family home with a focus on practicality and visual balance. The design approach centred on improving everyday usability while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the space.

Project scope
The scope of work included interior design planning, layout refinement and preparation of the space for execution. Civil work, electrical and plumbing coordination, carpentry and installation were carried out to align with the approved design plan.
