Project Overview
The Salian Residence project was undertaken to transform the existing home into a more efficient and visually balanced living space. The focus was on improving functionality while introducing a refined and comfortable interior atmosphere.
Design decisions were guided by the need for better space utilisation, organised storage and a cohesive aesthetic across the residence.
Project scope
The scope included interior design planning, layout improvements and necessary civil modifications within the home. Electrical and plumbing work were coordinated to support the revised layout and design direction.
Custom carpentry, finishes and interior detailing were implemented to create a cohesive and practical environment suited for daily living.

- Natural Materials using reclaimed wood, stone, and natural fibers to evoke a sense of harmony with the surrounding environment.
- Large Windows installing floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light and provide unobstructed ocean views.
- Outdoor Living designing extensive outdoor areas, including a deck, pool, and garden, for relaxation and entertaining.
- Modern Amenities incorporating state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, smart home technology, and luxurious bathroom fixtures.
Project Results
The transformed residence now offers a more organised and functional layout while maintaining a warm and welcoming character. Improved storage and thoughtful furniture placement enhance the usability of each space.
The final interiors present a clean and balanced design that reflects both comfort and long-term practicality.
