Project Overview
Dr. Petkar Residence was designed to create a comfortable and well-balanced home tailored to the family’s daily lifestyle. The design focused on improving space efficiency while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the interiors.
Careful attention was given to layout planning, material selection and subtle design elements that enhance both functionality and visual harmony.
Project scope
The project included interior design planning, layout development and coordination of civil work required for the transformation. Electrical and plumbing installations were planned to support the revised layout and functional needs of the space.
Custom carpentry, furniture integration and selection of finishes were executed to ensure a cohesive interior environment across the residence.
